Kaze no Mori
Today I went to a fancy Yakitori place.
There I met with Kaze no Mori, a ginjo sake with no added alcohol
At the first taste it had a strong sour taste and with the second taste the sweetness came out.
The after taste was light!
I felt the bubbliness all the while.
It’s meeting with the yakitori in my belly!
